How to stop a Nosebleed?

NozeCalm™ is a professional-grade nasal plug designed to quickly stop nosebleeds (bloody nose). It gently expands inside the nostril to help stop the bleeding fast - no mess, no stress.

What should I do if I get a nosebleed and don’t have NozeCalm™ with me?

If you don’t have NozeCalm™ on hand, follow these steps:

  1. Don’t lie down—this reduces blood pressure in your nose and helps slow the bleeding.
  2. This prevents blood from flowing down your throat, which can cause nausea or vomiting.
  3. Use your thumb and index finger to pinch your nose just below the bridge and hold firmly for 10–15 minutes without letting go.
  4. Place a cold pack or ice wrapped in cloth on the bridge of your nose to constrict blood vessels.

If bleeding lasts more than 15–20 minutes, or happens frequently, seek medical attention.
