How To Use

Step 1
Unwrap a NozeCalm™ plug and gently insert it into the nostril experiencing bleeding, ensuring a portion of the plug remains outside for easy removal. Avoid inserting the plug too far into the nostril. The plug will begin expanding immediately upon contact with blood.
Step 2
Apply gentle pressure to the outside of your nose while keeping your head slightly tilted forward. The NozeCalm™ plug creates internal pressure while releasing a clotting agent to quickly stop the bleeding
Step 3
