Free Shipping

NozeCalm offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, typical delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx (carrier selection may vary by order).

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
NozeCalm is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible at info@nozecalm.com and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was undeliverable, we can:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Issue a refund minus any shipping/handling fees incurred (if applicable).

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, NozeCalm is not responsible for theft. If your package is missing, contact us and we’ll help you:

  • verify the shipping details,
  • check carrier tracking,
  • and determine next steps.

For shipments that appear lost in transit, we may initiate a carrier inquiry and work with you on a resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes/APO/FPO addresses [remove this line if you DO ship to them].
