How To Use

Step 1
Unwrap a NozeCalm™ plug and gently insert it into the nostril experiencing bleeding, ensuring a portion of the plug remains outside for easy removal. Avoid inserting the plug too far into the nostril. The plug will begin expanding immediately upon contact with blood.
Step 2
Apply gentle pressure to the outside of your nose while keeping your head slightly tilted forward. The NozeCalm™ plug creates gentle internal pressure while the advanced material rapidly absorbs fluid to stop the flow.
Step 3
After 10 minutes, remove gently and discard. If bleeding persists, repeat Step 1 for an additional 5 minutes with a new NozeCalm™ plug.

Something new and different

The NOZECALM does an excellent job of stemming my recurrent nosebleeds. What I did find, however, is that inserting a dry NOZECALM plug into my nostril when it is dry is very uncomfortable. As soon as it starts absorbing the blood it is more comfortable. It takes a little getting used to.
